  1. Selectively hand-picked ripe red Liberica coffee cherries.
  2. Thoroughly washed to remove impurities.
  3. Removal of coffee cherry stems.
  4. Fermented in food-grade plastic bags for approximately 40 days under controlled conditions.
  5. Sun-dried for around 3 hours at regular intervals during the fermentation period.
  6. From day 40 to day 50, the coffee undergoes full drying until optimal moisture content is achieved.
  7. Hulling and removal of the dried coffee husk to obtain clean green coffee beans.
